Winter Raleigh during Golden Hour
Golden hour is the period every sunny day before sunset.
In winter when daily saving is not in place, this is typically from 3:30 pm to 20 minutes before sunset.
Raleigh is an inland city on the east coast.
Fun fact: 100% of the lakes in the city is man made. I think most were built as reseviors, they have dams to control the flow the water, and kept the city from being flooded during storms.
