Chuck

Chuck, brother of Jimmy (or Saul, when he was still Friend of Cartel), an arrogant a-hole, from Better Call Saul has EHS (which is all in his head), and he suffers and sometimes found himself in panick attack when he thinks he's exposed to too much electricity.

I recognized what he was doing the first time I watched him naming color of things near him in the grocery store.

Reminds me of the Grounding Method, which I tried to calm myself during the hard times. The method is about forcing you to shift focus to all 5 sensations when you find yourself overwhelmed by thoughts or anxiety.

It was actually very clever for Chuck to do that - he was alone, no phones or Internet access, no doctors, and yet he knows this. I think he must've learned it when he was younger, probably while he was still in some prestigious law school.

And I thought about how Jerry handles stress. He asked Rick to give him the ability to shrink inside a hard shell that no one else can open without killing him. Jerry always runs away from himself.
