I have sugar allergy. I avoid added sugar mostly because they're bad for teeth. I used to eat a lot of sweet food and drinks, but I do not now.
I've avoided ice cream and deserts and drinks in social settings.
2 sweetest thing I've had recently is the peach at ncleg salad bar (I didn't know) and the Costco muffins I bought for the reunion potluck.
I brought 2 sets of muffins and I didn't think I'd be bringing more than half of them back.
I offered them to a few people for free but they didn't want them, so I had to eat them myself.
It was good. And I felt guilty. Those muffins are so big. The chocolate ones reminded me of the Swiss rolls from Sam's Club in Shanghai.
